By continuing to add a booking, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions set out by Boothed:
1. Consent to Photography & Marketing Use
By booking our photo booth, you acknowledge and consent to having photos and videos taken during the event. These may be used by Boothed for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and promotional material. If you or your guests prefer not to have images shared publicly, please advise us in writing prior to the event.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
The full price for the photo booth is $500. Payment is taken on the day of the event: $250 (50%) is due once equipment is set up and tested, and the remaining $250 is due at the end of the event. If additional time is required on the day, it is charged at $80 per hour (subject to availability).
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancellation fee ($250). Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours in advance will not incur additional charges, but the client forfeits the booking slot.
4. Damage or Misuse of Equipment
The client is responsible for ensuring guests treat the equipment with care. In the event of intentional damage, misuse, or theft of any part of the booth setup (including the printer, backdrop, props, or lighting), the client agrees to pay a $250 damage fee, or the actual cost of repair or replacement—whichever is greater.
5. Venue Access & Setup Requirements
The client must ensure clear access to the venue 1.5 hours before the event start time to allow for setup and testing. Power must be available within 10 metres of the setup area. If the event is outdoors, the booth area must be sheltered from rain or extreme weather.
6. Technical Issues
While we test and document all equipment functionality on arrival, technical failures can sometimes occur. In the unlikely event that the photo booth is unable to operate for the full booking period due to a technical issue caused by Boothed, a partial refund or credit for future use may be offered at our discretion.
7. Supervision & Safety
Our booths are designed to run independently. However, the client is responsible for ensuring that guests use the booth safely. Trip hazards are minimised using cord covers, but children must be supervised at all times around equipment.
