Wonder how it works?

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll reach out to introduce ourselves and gather some details about your event so we can tailor the experience to suit you. We’ll also work with you to create a custom photo strip design and a welcome screen for the booth that you’re happy with. On the day, we arrive an hour early to set up and ensure everything’s ready to go. From there, the booth is all yours—completely self-operated, super easy to use, and loads of fun for you and your guests. After the 3-hour session, we’ll return to pack down and collect the equipment. If you’re having a great time and want to keep the fun going, just let us know—extra time is only $80 per additional hour!

How much does it cost to hire the photo booth?

$500 for 3 hour hire and $80 for additional hours

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancelations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancelation fee ($250).

How many photos can guests take?

Guests can take unlimited photos during the hire period

Can we customize the photo strips with our event name or logo?

Yes, that feature is included in the package

How much space and power do you need for setup?

We require a space of 5×5 meters for setup. The booth is self powered and does not require access to external power

Do you offer digital and printed photos?

Yes, Guests can choose to receive their photos digitally, have them printed instantly, or both – the choice is yours

How long is the rental period, and can we extend it?

The rental period is 3 hours. Yes, you can extend for $80 per additional hour

Can we get a digital copy of all the photos after the event?

Yes, you can receive digital copy’s of photos after event

Do you provide an attendant with the booth?

No, the booth is fully independent and easy for guests to use – no attendant needed.

Do you supply props and backdrops, or can we use our own?

We supply both props and a backdrop as part of the package, but you’re welcome to use your own if you prefer

When is the final payment due, and what payment methods do you accept?

Final payment is due after your rental time ends, we accept both cash and card

Can the booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, as long as it’s completely under cover.

What’s included in the VIP Photo Booth Package?

Included in package is, White backdrop, red carpet, fun props, stanchions with red rope. Digital and print out options of photos, Custom welcome screen on booth to match event, Custom photo strip, travel, setup and take down.

How do we book, and do we need to pay a deposit?

Book through the booking link on our website. You pay half upfront on the day of event and half after time of rental.

What if there’s a technical issue during the event?

Our technician team is on standby throughout the entire event to assist if there is any issues (very unlikely)
